Ageing: 6 onths in wood.
Organoleptic characteristics: Clayey dry soil kissed by the sun, sea breeze, flavour of broom and meadow, give rise to this wine with its after-taste of fresh fermentation. Decisive yet delicate bouquet, ruby red colour that tends toward garnet. The taste is full, harmonious, lively and warm.
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18° C.
Accompaniments: Red meats, game, hard cheeses.
