Ageing: In oak casks and barrels for 4 years.
Refinement in bottles: 12 mounths.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep intense ruby red with tones of smoked
garnet. Perfume, slightly etheral with great intensity, dry, warm and robust.
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18/20° C open two hour before serving.
Accompaniments: Roasts, roast game, strong cheeses.
